Great service!

I recently had them come out to my home to install a new tankless water heater and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The team arrived promptly and got to work right away, making sure to cover my floors with protective materials to avoid any potential damage. They installed the new tankless water heater efficiently and ensured that it was up and running in no time. What really stood out to me was how clean they left the work area - it was as if they had never been there! But what really sets KYPD apart is their willingness to go above and beyond. When I mentioned a slow-draining bathroom sink, Nazar took the time to investigate the issue and fix it for me free of charge. He was friendly and professional, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing excellent service.

This company does excellent work at a reasonable price. I had my water line from the meter to my house replaced in approximately 3.5 hrs. They replanted grass seed and cleaned everything up. I'm extremely impressed with this company. Everyone was polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called mid-day, needing my toilet flange re-set lower after changes in my flooring. They were able to get to me by the end of the day. The work was done well. They left the area cleaner than they found it, and provided hardware that was better than the original. They also locked my crawl space back when they were finished too! The two guys that came out were polite and professional. I was billed for exactly what was quoted me before the plumbers arrived. We will use them again as needed!

Very professional and timely service, repaired the handle on our toilet where it was not flushing. We received a message with the estimated time of service on the day of repair. Repair was done in a timely manner and for great value. We have used them previously for the faucet repair and plumbing leak detection as well. They have done outstanding job each time.

Had to replace an aging pipe from street to house. Showed up when they said. Very fair price, beat other quotes. Did a fantastic job very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Would call for another job in a heartbeat if needed.

Responded with-in 10 minutes and scheduled a repair at MY earliest convenience. Jake and two helpers arrived on time and repair was fast and I have had no issues since. Repair cost seems to be standard and I am very satisfied with the repaired. Will call on again next time needed.

We were given Jake’s number by a neighbor as a recommendation. KYPD plumbing just finished up our final inspection on a 5300 square-foot remodel of 100-year-old home. The entire home was re-plumbed including water line and sewer line to the street. I would recommend Jake and his crew for any job! They showed up on time, did excellent work, and got the job done quickly. Jake personally came to make sure all of our fixtures were in correctly even though we had to troubleshoot the Ikea vanities I had ordered. I will also mention that in the chaos of remodeling a home with many kids, we had a vanity show up that was not fully put together and to help things keep moving, one of his guys built it and installed it, no questions asked. I also appreciated their attention to detail and setting vessel sinks. Jake, the owner, was patient and fair throughout the whole process—even in the midst of a pandemic! We are so thankful we found such great plumbers!

Jake and his crew were very efficient and professional. I had 3 prior plumbing crews work on installing an expensive bathtub on my top floor and none were able to achieve it without leakage and damage to the below floors. Jake and his crew worked out what the issue was and repaired it flawlessly it has now been 6 months and I have not had any further issues. Highly recommend.
